Mid Lachlan Landcare is excited to let you know that we have been successful in receiving funding to keep the Growing the Grazing Revolution project running until May 2027.
This long-standing project received support through Phase 3 of the Landcare Enabling Program, a funding boost which has enabled us to expand our team to include Canowindra farmer Erin Wise who we’ll formally introduce in a separate post so watch this space!
The team plan to spend this funding period conducting one-on-one farm visits and keeping our seasonal grazing meeting going before wrapping up with another large field day during the first half of 2027.
We’re also looking to start up a young farmers grazing group so please if you know anyone who would like to be involved could you please share their name and contacts with us.
Thank you to a NSW Government LEP Grant we are looking forward to working with you all again for the next 10 months.
If you aren’t already involved in the GGR and are keen to find out more get in contact with us.

From L-R we have David Marsh, Robbie Watt, Matt Pearce, Scotty Hickman, Andrew Dowd, Andrew (Wooly) Wooldridge, Tom Hickman and Tamara Harris. Such a great bunch of passionate locals.
